How to do a coffee enema:

1. Brew a cup of strong coffee and put it in an enema bag
2. Fill the rest of the bag with warm water
3. Sitting on the toilet, allow it to gravity feed into the rectum
4.If the patient is strong enough, you can put it in lying down, hold it there while you massage your abdomen, then expel it in the toilet.
