Shipping Policies

We will make every attempt to ship all orders within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. All domestic orders will be shipped UPS ground unless prior arrangements have been made. Orders sent other than UPS ground are subject to increased shipping charges.

Heat Sensitive Products from Nutricology are shipped heat sensitive products Next Day Air to insure quality and potency upon arrival during the summer months. We will pay 50% of the Next Day Air shipping charges for your heat sensitive orders. Customers who choose to have their products shipped otherwise agree to take full responsibility for the condition of the products they order. Shipping in a styrofoam cooler on ice incurs an additional $10.00 charge to the customer. These products are shipped on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only, “Signature Required ”, or you can waive signature and take full responsibility for the condition of the product upon arrival.

We are not responsible for orders confiscated or stopped by Customs, or duties that your shipment may incur. If your package is returned by Customs, your account will not be credited shipping and handling charges.

RETURN POLICY

Nutricology: We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all Nutricology products. Please email for return authorization before sending a product back.

Western Botanicals: Please inspect the products upon delivery and note any damage that has occurred during shipping. If there is damage, email customerservice@you-can-survive.com for replacement. Please email for return authorization before sending a product back. To receive a full credit, unopened product must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the product. After 30 days a 30% restocking fee will be applied. After 60 days no returns will be accepted for credit. If you choose to return a product email customerservice@you-can-survive.com for authorization and we will send a call tag for the product to be shipped back to us.
